KIGI CHAIR

Concept: KIGI is an innovative, well-constructed, and sustainable piece of furniture made of solid walnut wood. Inspired by our love of the environment, KIGI is a chair with hidden surprises that combines a beautiful design aesthetic with function and comfort, as the wooden seat sinks and moulds to your shape. 

In Japanese, KIGI means ‘many trees’, and each hand-crafted walnut wood block represents a tree in the forest. With sustainability front and centre of the design process, KIGI is a one-of-a-kind piece, lovingly handmade with leftover materials that would otherwise be wasted.
