What is the shipping cost?

The shipping cost is automatically added at check out in North America.  For the other international destinations, please contact us so that we can give you the cost.   

Do you deliver for the local customers?

Yes! We deliver customers in Metro Vancouver area. We will contact you after the confirmation of order to arrange the date and time for delivery.

How long does it take?

If item is in stock we normally ship via FEDEX Service within 3 days after confirmation of the order.  If we do not receive the payment within 3 days we will cancel the order.  For the shipping, it normally takes 5 -10 business days within North America.  For other destinations, please contact us for more information.  Please advise us if it is a rush order.

 

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept VISA, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay and PayPal.  E-transfer is also accepted.

 

How about duties and taxes?

We cover the custom clearance fee. Customers are responsible for import fees, duties, taxes or VAT. 

 

What is the refund policy?

Returns are accepted for any reason within 7 days if it is kept as original accompanied by a sales receipt.  Some exclusions may apply.   Delivery charges must be paid by a customer.  Please keep the packaging as original.  Once we have checked the condition, we will then arrange the exchange or refund within 30 days.  We cannot accept any claims made after 7 days.
