SHIPPING + HANDLING (FURNITURE)

Packaging:

  • Large Furniture: To ensure the safe arrival of your larger furniture pieces, they will be shipped in sturdy, custom-built wooden crates.

  • Lighter Furniture: Smaller and lighter furniture items will be carefully packaged in durable cardboard boxes.

    Shipping Information:

  • "Shop" Items (North America):

    • Shipping costs for furniture listed in the "Shop" section are automatically calculated at checkout, based on weight and destination.

  • All Other Furniture & International Orders:

    • For all furniture not listed in the "Shop" section, and for all international orders, please contact us at inelementdesigns@gmail.com for a shipping quote.

Delivery Timeframes:

  • North America: Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days. Please note that US deliveries may experience additional delays due to customs clearance.

    • USA: Shipments to the USA will be sent via International Ground Service or Economy Freight, depending on the size and weight of your order.

  • International: Delivery times for international orders vary. Please contact us at inelementdesigns@gmail.com for specific delivery estimates.

  • Rush Orders: If you require expedited delivery, please contact us immediately to discuss available options and associated costs.

  • All transactions are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

  • A 50% deposit is required upon placing your order, with the remaining balance due prior to shipment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • Customers are responsible for all applicable import fees, duties, taxes, and VAT.

Returns & Refunds:

  • We accept returns for any reason within 7 days of delivery, provided the item(s) are in their original condition and accompanied by the original sales receipt.

  • Certain exclusions may apply (e.g., custom items).

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Please retain all original packaging.

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will process your exchange or refund within 30 days.

  • We cannot accept any return claims made after 7 days.

  • Please note: Custom items are non-refundable.
